Scanned DocumentThis city is preparing for a huge culture change. The leadership team is starting the process by gaining the trust and buy-in with the members of their own team. The Summit, a retreat for the entire leadership team, is the first step in the process. This graphic recording was created during their prep meeting for the retreat where city officials created expectations and norms about how they would work as a team and how they would communicate. This map was scanned and printed in a smaller format, and presented at the actual Summit retreat. It was there that everyone from the team signed the map as displaying their commitment.
