I created several graphic recording maps for this small company that brought six of their employees to a two-day retreat to imagine and create their five year plan. On the first day of the retreat, I created two working maps containing all kinds of ideas. On the second day they refined and filtered their brainstorms to come up with their five year plan. I created the final map with a mountain backdrop. The maps were taken back to the rest of the company to communicate the path to their strategy and the five-year plan. It is posted in a highly trafficked area so employees can often be reminded of the great path they are traveling.
