The Rocky Mountain Leadership program gathers leaders from government services in Colorado and several other states across the nation. They come together for a very interactive week long session. I was invited to the last day to map a summary of their experiences. After a week of being together, I could tell there was a lot of bonding and idea sharing. This map was reproduced, and each participant received a smaller copy to remember the key essentials of their experience.
