Starting Our Climb to 2040 Graphic Recording

This city is preparing for a huge culture change. This graphic recording map was created on the second day of their two-day leadership retreat. It captures thoughts and visions about the journey ahead as they start their “climb” towards their future vision. This map was electronically scanned and printed in a smaller format. This team will create a ‘storybook’ as the graphic recording maps accumulate and they illustrate their journey in pictures. What a great way to visually orient the entire organization as well as new employees as they watch the journey develop!
