Building on two decades of corporate experience in learning and development, I am thriving in my tenth year of business, serving a diverse array of clients who value literally being able to see their messages and therefore ‘getting’ the big picture!

One of my greatest delights is to take a concept from a subject matter expert that’s kind of complex, and draw it out so anyone else can look at it and say, “Oh yeah! I got it!” (Yep, that’s the name of our company too.) After training, your takeaway is a graphic map – a summary of the course. What a great content retention tool!

There is so much content in these kinds of sessions and often participants feel energized and overwhelmed with new information. Personally I love the outdoors. I am a road cyclist and have climbed, at last count, 17 mountain passes on my bicycle. I enjoy hiking, snow shoeing, and drawing in plein air.
